Robert Winton Brownlow (Bob), 37 and superintendent of the Three Crowns Golf Course in Casper, Wyo., passed away Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2006, at the Wyoming Medical Center.

Bob was born on Aug. 28, 1969, in Helena, to Tom and Collette Brownlow. He attended Helena schools and graduated from Capital High School in 1987. During his school years, he enjoyed playing football and baseball. At this time he was also exposed to the game of golf which became his favorite sport and ended up being his career.

After high school graduation Bob attended the Montana State University. During his second year he decided to take a break from school and moved to Las Vegas where he worked several different jobs. He had many a humorous stories for each of these jobs.

In 1992, Bob came back to Helena for a vacation and met the love of his life Marni Harrel. After dating for several months they were engaged and married on Sept. 11, 1993. They moved to Bozeman and Bob returned to college, graduating with a degree in horticulture in 1997. After graduation they moved to Lewiston, Idaho, where he was hired as assistant superintendent at the Quail Ridge Golf Course. That same year Bob and Marni's first son Tyler was born. In October 2004, the family moved to Casper, where he was hired at Three Crowns Golf Course.

Though his life was cut short, Bob was a gentle man and touched many lives. He was always a loyal friend and had many. His wife and sons were always his first priority in his life. His family and friends will miss him dearly, but find calm in knowing his light will shine through in his beautiful boys.

Obituary

Paul Matthew Peressini, 44, passed away Aug. 28, 2012, at his home in Kenosha, Wis.

Paul was born June 14, 1968, in Havre to Daniel Peressini and Jane Peressini (Horras). As a youth, he moved to Helena with his family, and grew up audaciously with the many friends he seemed to attract.

After graduating from Capital High School in 1987, Paul moved to Bozeman and received his Bachelor of Science in mathematics in 1991 and his master’s degree in 1993 from Montana State University.

Paul worked in the information technology industry in various roles, including computer programmer, systems administrator, project manager and department director. Paul’s career path wound geographically as well, and at times he called home various cities in the states of Wisconsin, Colorado, Idaho and Montana.

In addition to being a computer whiz, Paul was an avid mountain and road bicyclist. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing. Paul read voraciously, kept a beautiful garden and was an accomplished cook. His dogs were like family and friends and Kika, Jake, Kita, Brando and Mead all benefited enormously from loving him.

Paul was known for his generosity of spirit. His kindness was especially apparent in his unconditional loyalty and support for his family and friends. Many people came to Paul for help and his home was open to anyone in need. His sense of humor was keen, and he took his responsibilities seriously, but had a beautiful way of not taking life too seriously.

Paul is survived by his children — whom he loved more than anything in the world — Franco, Sal and Jack; his parents; and his siblings, Anthony, Celia, Dominic and Ben.

At the time of his death, Paul was living in a sober community, helping people in recovery and spending time with his children and family. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. There will be a ceremony at 11 a.m. on Oct. 13 at Mount Olive Christian Fellowship, 2401 Sixth Ave. N., Great Falls, and a memorial service in Helena on the same date at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 512 Logan (corner of Cruse Avenue and Lawrence Street) from 5 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to a college fund established for Paul’s children. Such donations and other condolences may be sent to 317 Janet St., Helena, MT 59601.
Paul Peressini. Our world is a grayer place without him.

Obituary

Brenda Louise Gloege-Schnittgen “Auntie B” left peacefully surrounded by family at St. Peters Hospital on April 26, 2017 in Helena, MT at the age of 47 of Glioblastoma (Brain) Cancer.

Brenda was born on August 3, 1969 in Helena, MT to Sharon and Terry.  She graduated from high school in 1986 from Capital High, Helena, MT. Brenda worked at Montana Eye Care from 1995-2008. She decided to stay home with her newly born daughter and opened a daycare at her house. Children and babies were the highlight of Auntie B’s world. Her daughter started school so she decided to join the workforce as a Customer Service Specialist at Montana State Fund until she was unable to work due to her illness. Her major accomplishment was being a devoted mother to RaeAnna. She loved her nieces like they were her own children. She spent many hours with each of them. Her daughter and nieces were her “Sunshine”, along with Brayleigh and Maxton. Anyone who knew Brenda knew she was the Queen of the Helena Classifieds. Brenda always found the good in everyone. Brenda loved to scare everyone and then sit and giggle at them. Her smile and laughter could brighten any room she entered. Her heart was full of love always! Brenda will be missed by everyone who has met her.

Being from a big family Brenda had many aunts and uncles that loved her more than she could ever imagine. She reminded all of them that she was their “favorite” niece.

Brenda is survived by her mother, Sharon (John) Meyer; father, Terry (Kathy) Gloege; daughter, RaeAnna; two brothers, Cory (Shelly) Gloege, and Garry Gloege.  Two nieces, Morgan Andrews-Gloege (Matt) and Sharae Gloege (Cody); great niece Brayleigh Gloege and great nephew Maxton Sauer; special friend who was like a sister, Susan Doig; Grandmother, Clara Longmire, all of Helena, MT. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many special friends.

The family would like to thank the staff of Dr. Weiner and Oncology nurses of St. Peters Hospital. Thanks too many family members and friends who supported Brenda and her family.

“I Love You Mom,” RaeAnna.
